摘要
目的:提升学生思想政治素养与专业技能,为药学专业课程思政教学提供有效范例。方法:以成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education,OBE)理念为指引,明确教学目标,将思想政治教育深度融入专业教学各环节。通过挖掘课程思政元素、融入案例教学、创新性采用问题导向学习(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)等教学方法、丰富思想政治教学实践内容、构建多元化考核评价体系等方式构建教学模式,并在教学实践中应用。选取药学专业两个班级,分别采用新教学模式(实验组)与传统教学模式(对照组)。结果:实验组学生在思想政治相关题目得分、综合成绩方面显著优于对照组;问卷调查显示,大部分学生认可新教学模式对自身思想政治素养的提升有积极作用,且对创新教学方法表示高度认可;教师评价表明,新教学模式活跃了课堂氛围,提高了学生的学习积极性,提升了思想政治教育融入专业知识传授的效果,同时教师的教学能力也得到锻炼与提高。结论:基于OBE理念构建的药学专业课程思政教学模式切实可行且效果显著,有效解决了传统教学模式存在的问题,实现了知识传授与价值引领的有机统一,为药学专业及其他专业课程思政教学改革提供了可借鉴的经验,具有推广价值。未来可从拓展教学案例库、优化考核评价体系、加强教师培训等方面进一步完善该教学模式。
Objective:This study aims to improve students’ideological and political literacy and professional skills,and provide an effective example for ideological and political teaching of pharmaceutical courses.Methods:Guided by the OBE concept,teaching objectives were clarified,and ideological and political education was deeply integrated into all aspects of professional teaching.The teaching model was constructed by exploring ideological and political elements of the curriculum,incorporating case-based teaching,innovatively adopting teaching methods such as problem-based learning,enriching the content of ideological and political education,and establishing a diversified assessment and evaluation system,and this teaching model was applied in teaching practice.Two classes of pharmacy majors were selected,with one class(the experimental group)adopting the new teaching model and the other(the control group)using the traditional teaching model.Results:The ideological and political related question score and comprehensive score in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group.The questionnaire survey showed that most students recognized the positive effect of the new teaching model on enhancing their ideological and political literacy and highly approved the innovative teaching methods.The teachers’evaluations indicated that the new teaching model had invigorated the classroom atmosphere,promoted students’learning enthusiasm,and improved the effect of integrating ideological and political education into professional knowledge teaching.At the same time,the teachers’teaching ability had also been exercised and improved.Conclusion:The ideological and political teaching model for pharmacy major curriculum constructed based on OBE concept is feasible and effective,it effectively solves the problems existing in the traditional teaching model,realizes the organic unity of knowledge imparting and value guidance,which provides referential experience for the ideological and political teaching reform of pharmacy major and other major,and has the promotion value.In the future,the teaching model can be further improved from the aspects of expanding the teaching case base,optimizing the assessment and evaluation system,and strengthening the teacher training.
