生物质炭基磁性固体酸催化剂的制备、表征及催化性能研究

摘要 以废弃生物质火龙果皮为原料,采用炭化-磺化法,制得了火龙皮基磁性固体酸催化剂,利用油酸与乙醇的反应来研究其动力学性能,并通过XRD、FI-IR、SEM和TGA等技术对其进行表征。结果表明:实验制得的催化剂稳定性高、耐水性好、磁性易分离,活化能低、催化反应的速率常数大。在m_(催化剂):m_(油酸)=7%、n_(油酸):n_(乙醇)=5%、T=80℃、t=8h时,MPCs-0.6-SO_(3)H和MPCs-0.8-SO_(3)H的酯化率分别达到69.5%和88.9%。与商用催化剂Amberlyst-15(酯化率为29%)相比,MPCs-0.6-SO_(3)H和MPCs-0.8-SO_(3)H在含水量达5%时仍保持较高的酯化率(分别为32.7%、31.6%);在重复使用3次时仍有较高的酯化率(54.1%和45.2%)。旨在为废弃生物质的有效利用探索新路径,为固体酸催化剂的合成提供一种低成本、易分离、高效温和的方法,极大地促进了固体酸催化剂在合成生物柴油领域的发展。 Using discarded biomass dragon skin as raw material,a dragon skin based magnetic solid acid catalyst was prepared by carbonization sulfonation method.Using the reaction between oleic acid and ethanol to study its kinetic properties,and characterizing it through techniques such as XRD,FI-IR,SEM,and TGA.The results showed that the experimentally prepared catalyst has high stability,good water resistance,easy magnetic separation,low activation energy,and a large rate constant of catalytic reaction.Under the conditions of m(catalyst):m(oleic acid)=7%,n(oleic acid):n(ethanol)=5%,T=80℃,t=8 h,the esterification rates of MPCs-0.6-SO_(3)H and MPCs-0.8-SO_(3)H reached 69.5%and 88.9%.Compared with the commercial catalyst Amberlyst-15(esterification rate of 29%),MPCs-0.6-SO_(3)H and MPCs-0.8-SO_(3)H still maintain high esterification rates at a water content of 5%(32.7%,31.6%);There is still a high esterification rate(54.1%and 45.2%)after repeated use for 3 times.This study aims to explore new pathways for the effective utilization of waste biomass and provide a low-cost,easy to separate,efficient,and mild method for the synthesis of solid acid catalysts.
