摘要
针对海洋极端老化环境导致传统聚氨酯涂层失效问题,开展高性能耐候聚氨酯面漆研究,将氟碳与丙烯酸树脂共混,搭配耐候颜料及助剂,构建耐候体系。通过探究共混比例、固化剂类型、助剂复配及颜料性能,确定最优配方。该面漆综合性能优异,为海洋装备表面防护提供长效方案,具有应用价值。
In view of the failure of traditional polyurethane coatings in the marine environment of extreme aging,fluorocarbon and acrylic resin were blended with weather-resistant pigments and additives to build a weather-resistant system.By exploring the blending ratio,curing agent type,additive compounding and pigment performance,the optimal formula was determined.The topcoat has excellent comprehensive performance,provides a long-term solution for marine equipment surface protection,and has application value.
