摘要
目的探究屎肠球菌对3种致病菌(大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌)的抑制效果,为屎肠球菌的应用提供基础数据。方法采用三区划线分离纯化屎肠球菌,通过牛津杯试验、竞争排斥试验以及共培养试验检测屎肠球菌对3种致病菌的抑制作用。结果牛津杯试验、共培养试验以及竞争排斥试验都表明屎肠球菌对金黄色葡萄球菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌有明显抑制作用。牛津杯试验中屎肠球菌对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌的抑制效果尤其明显;共培养试验结果显示屎肠球菌对金黄色葡萄球菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌均具有明显抑制效果;观察竞争排斥试验结果得出,屎肠球菌先早期定植后对致病菌的抑制效果十分明显,同时定植和致病菌先早期定植的条件下,屎肠球菌的抑菌效果不明显。结论屎肠球菌对金黄色葡萄球菌和鼠伤寒沙门氏菌有明显的抑制作用,先早期定植的条件下,抑菌效果更加明显。这为畜牧业解决细菌感染的问题提供了一种新方法,有望成为一种新型有效的替抗产品。
Objective To explore the inhibitory effect of Enterococcus faecium on pathogenic bacteria including Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,and Salmonella typhimurium,and to provide basic data for the application of Enterococcus faecium in the future.Methods Enterococcus faecium was isolated and purified using the three-zone scribing method,and the inhibitory effect of Enterococcus faecium on pathogenic bacteria was detected via the Oxford Cup test,competitive rejection test and co-culture test.Results The Oxford Cup test,co-culture test and competitive rejection test all indicated that Enterococcus faecium had a significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhimurium.In the Oxford Cup test,the inhibitory effect of Enterococcus faecium on Salmonella typhimurium was particularly obvious.The results of co-culture test showed that Enterococcus faecium had a significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhimurium.The results of competitive rejection test showed that the inhibitory effect of Enterococcus faecium on pathogenic bacteria after early colonization was very obvious,while the antibacterial effect of Enterococcus faecium was not obvious under the conditions of simultaneou colonization and early colonization of pathogenic bacteria.Conclusion Enterococcus faecium has a significant inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella typhimurium,and the antibacterial effect is more pronounced under the condition of early colonization.This provides a new way for animal husbandry to solve the problem of bacterial infection,and is expected to become a new and effective antibiotic alternative product.
