摘要
本文以风冷式浓淡燃烧器为研究对像,分析了其结构对热水器烟气、温升及噪音的影响。分析发现,过剩空气系数及二次空气供给,对降低燃烧器烟气中的NOX及CO极为重要;通过进风结构设计,可实现降低热水器氮氧化物、燃烧噪音且满足燃烧室表面低温升的要求。本文提出的解决方法,可更好地处理燃烧器排烟偏高的情况,提升燃气热水器的可靠性。
This paper takes the air-cooled rich-lean burner as the research object and analyzes the influence of its structure on the flue gas,temperature rise and noise of the water heater.The analysis reveals that the excess air coefficient and secondary air supply are extremely important for reducing NOx and CO in the burner flue gas.Through the design of the air intake structure,it is possible to achieve the reduction of nitrogen oxides and combustion noise in the water heater while meeting the requirement of low temperature rise on the surface of the combustion chamber.The solution proposed in this paper can better handle the situation of high flue gas emissions from the burner and improve the reliability of the gas water heater.
