摘要
以3-氨丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷和羟基硅油为原料,通过Michael加成与三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(TMPTA)反应,制备得到含有叔胺基的有机硅丙烯酸酯预聚物(TMPTA-NSi),再与MQ硅树脂(DY-MQ102N)混合光固化制备了一种新的有机硅涂层。通过水接触角、铅笔硬度、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析等测试,考察了DY-MQ102N的添加量对涂层物理性能的改善效果。结果表明,随着DY-MQ102N树脂含量的增高,涂层的疏水角从97.3°提高到106.5°,硬度从5B提高2H,同时具有较质密的表面形貌和优于原涂层的残碳率。这得益于DY-MQ102N复杂的树状结构,使涂层在固化过程中形成更加复杂的三维立体结构,从而使涂层的物理性能得到提高。
The acrylate silicone coating is used hydroxy-terminated poly(dimethylsiloxane)as the main component,using 3-(dimethoxymethylsilyl)propylamine to react with hydroxyl groups,and then employing the Michael addition of trimethylolpropane triacrylate(TMPTA)and amino to obtain an acrylate silicone prepolymer with a tertiary amine structure(TMPTA-NSi).Then by mixing with DY-MQ102N for UV curing,a new silicone coating was prepared.Through tests such as water contact angle,pencil hardness,SEM and TG.Tested the effect of the addition of DY-MQ102N on the improvement of coating physical properties.The results showed that the water contact angle of the coating increased from 97.3°to 106.5°and the hardness increased from 5B to 2H as the resin content of DY-MQ102N increased.The coating has a compact surface morphology and a high carbon residual rate.This is due to the complex structure of DY-MQ102N,which allows the coating to form a more complex three-dimensional structure during the curing process,resulting in improved physical properties of the coating.
