煤气化渣基介孔二氧化硅在聚丙烯中除味性能

摘要 对煤气化细渣进行酸溶造孔、煅烧除炭以及气流分级处理,得到粒度适宜的煤气化细渣介孔球形二氧化硅材料,即为研究对象。以3种聚丙烯为基体,使用上述介孔材料粉体部分替代复合材料配方中的2500目滑石粉,采用双螺杆挤出机制备了粒状复合材料。研究了替代量对聚丙烯复合材料总碳量、气味、力学性能、熔体流动速率和燃烧残余等性能的影响规律和作用机制。结果表明,随着替代量不断增加,复合材料的挥发总碳量和气味数值显著降低。这说明介孔材料可以有效降低聚丙烯中有机分子碎片的排放和宏观气味,并且复合材料的综合力学性能变化不大,满足产品的使用标准。 The coal gasification fine slag was subjected to acid dissolution for pore creation,calcination to remove carbon,and airflow classification,yielding a mesoporous spherical silica with appropriate particle size,served as the research subject.Three kinds of polypropylene was used as the matrix material,and the 2500 mesh talc powders in the granular composites were partially replaced by the prepared mesoporous materials by a twin screw extruder.The effect of substitution quantities on the total carbon,odor,mechanical properties,melt flow rate and combustion residue of the polypropylene composites was studied.The results showed that,with the increasing substitution,the total carbon and odor of the composites decreased significantly.This illustrated that mesoporous spherical silica can effectively reduce the emission of organic molecular fragments in polypropylene and the macroscopic odor of composites.In addition,the comprehensive mechanical properties of composites meet the use standards of products,with not much change.
