基于正交试验法的住宅建筑能耗影响因素分析

Analysis of Energy Consumption Influencing Factors in Residential Buildings Based on Orthogonal Experimental Method

摘要 为了提升住宅建筑节能性能,以济南市某新建住宅建筑为研究对象,采用DesignBuilder软件建立建筑模型,能耗模拟所涉及的因素有建筑朝向、窗墙比、屋面传热系数、外墙传热系数、外窗传热系数以及外窗太阳得热系数,对能耗模拟结果进行影响因素敏感性分析。研究表明:层高对建筑总负荷敏感性最高,其次分别为外窗太阳得热系数、外窗传热系数、西向窗墙比、东向窗墙比、外墙传热系数、北向窗墙比、建筑朝向、屋面传热系数、南向窗墙比。 To improve the energy efficiency of residential buildings,a newly constructed residential building in Jinan was selected as the research subject.A building model was established using DesignBuilder software,and the factors involved in the energy consumption simulation include building orientation,window-to-wall ratio,thermal transmittance coefficients of exterior roofs,walls and windows,as well as the solar heat gain coefficient of exterior windows.A sensitivity analysis of the factors affecting the energy consumption simulation results was conducted.The research indicates that the floor height has the highest sensitivity on the building's total load,followed by the solar heat gain coefficient of exterior windows,the heat transfer coefficients of exterior windows,the west-facing window-to-wall ratio,the east-facing window-to-wall ratio,the heat transfer coefficient of exterior walls,the north-facing window-to-wall ratio,building orientation,the heat transfer coefficient of roofs,and the south-facing window-to-wall ratio.
