抗菌肽的活性优化及异源表达研究进展

摘要 抗菌肽(antimicrobial peptides,AMPs)是一类具有抗病原微生物活性的多肽类物质,与传统抗生素相比具有广谱抗菌活性,且可以克服病原微生物的耐药性,已成为“替抗”研究热点。抗菌肽在医学、生命科学和饲料工业等领域均有着良好的应用前景,但仍面临着诸多难题,如获取成本高、半衰期短以及最小抑菌浓度较抗生素仍有差距等,限制其进一步开发应用。所以,抗菌肽获取方式及生物活性提高等研究非常必要。本文简要介绍了抗菌肽的结构类型与生物活性,重点总结对抗菌肽的活性优化及异源表达,并对其产业化前景进行展望,以期为抗菌肽的开发和应用提供参考。 Antimicrobial peptides(AMPs)are a class of polypeptides with antimicrobial activity.Compared with traditional antibiotics,AMPs have broad-spectrum antibacterial activity and can overcome the drug resistance of pathogenic microorganisms,so they have become the hotspot of“antibiotic alternatives”research.Although antimicrobial peptides are promising in the fields of medicine,life science,and feed industry,many problems still remain,such as high acquisition cost,short half-life,and the gap in minimum inhibitory concentrations compared to antibiotics,etc.,which limit their further development and application.Therefore,the study on the optimization of the AMPs acquisition method and the improvement of biological activities is necessary.In this review,the structure types and biological activities of the AMPs were briefly introduced,the activity optimization and heterologous expression of antimicrobial peptides were extensively summarized,and the future of their industrialization was also prospected in order to provide references for the development and application of antimicrobial peptides.
