摘要
为筛选出适宜福建地区推广种植的优良毛叶枣种质,以漳州市农业科学研究所引种的“台农13号”“台农11号”“桃蜜”“青龙”“柿子枣”5个毛叶枣种质为试材,对其物候期、植物学特征和果实品质等指标进行观测,并利用主成分分析法进行综合评价。结果表明,引种的5个毛叶枣种质在物候期、生长结果习性、果实品质等方面存在差异。通过主成分分析,提取4个主成分,其累计方差贡献率达到85.699%,综合排名从高到低依次为“青龙”“台农13号”“台农11号”“桃蜜”“柿子枣”。“青龙”综合得分最高,果实综合品质较好,适宜在福建省漳州市推广种植。
In order to screen out the excellent germplasms of Zizyphus mauritiana suitable for planting in Fujian area,five Indian jujube varieties introduced by Zhangzhou Institute of Agricultural Sciences,including Tainong No.13,Tainong No.11,Taomi,Qinglong,Shizizao,were used as test materials to observe and measure their phenological period,botanical characteristics and fruit quality,and principal component analysis was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that phenological period,growth and fruiting habits,and fruit quality of five Z.mauritiana germplasms were different.Four principal components were obtained through principal component analysis,whose cumulative variance contribution rate reached 85.699%.The composite score of five germplasms,in descending order,was Qinglong,Tainong No.13,Tainong No.11,Taomi,Shizizao.The Qinglong variety had the highest overall score and is therefore suitable for promotion as a cultivar in Zhangzhou,Fujian.
