摘要
该文聚焦“学、练、赛、评”一体化教学模式在排球模块化教学中的应用,探讨其对提升教学质量与训练效果的重要作用。通过优化教学方式、创新练习形式、丰富比赛内容和完善评价机制等多维度措施,构建高效排球教学训练系统。研究指出,教师应更新教学理念,结合理论与实践,激发学生训练积极性,提升学生综合素养。同时,高校管理者与教师需形成合力,解决教学模式落实中的问题,为高校体育教师提供有益参考,推动我国体育教育事业的可持续发展。
Under the background of physical education reform,higher education institutions,as important bases for cultivating versatile talents,need to pay high attention to the specific needs of students.This paper focuses on the Application of the integrated teaching model of"learning,practicing,competing,and evaluating"in volleyball modular teaching and explores its significant role in improving teaching quality and training effectiveness.Through multi-dimensional measures such as optimizing teaching methods,innovating practice forms,enriching competition content,and perfecting evaluation mechanisms,an efficient volleyball teaching and training system is constructed.The study suggests that teachers should update their teaching concepts,integrate theory with practice,and motivate students'enthusiasm for training to enhance their comprehensive quality.At the same time,university administrators and teachers need to work together to solve problems in the implementation of the teaching model,providing useful references for physical education teachers in higher education institutions and promoting the sustainable development of China's physical education.
