摘要
基于现有路基病害检查标准及现场生产作业情况,建立统一化、标准化、量化的铁路路基设备病害检查标准,并以此标准为基础进行高质量路基病害数据采集,研究铁路路基设备秋检状态评定方法,开发路基子系统在各铁路局集团公司实现应用,针对路基设备以正线、站线分开方式实现评定分数自动化计算,及路基设备优良、合格和失格等级的自动化评定。实际应用表明,路基设备秋检状态评定可辅助制定设备维修保养计划,全面分析各类路基病害问题产生的根源和演变机理。
In light of the existing subgrade disease inspection standards and on-site production operations,we had established a unified,standardized and quantified standard for inspection of railway subgrade equipment disease.Based on this standard,high-quality data of subgrade disease was acquired,and the evaluation method of autumn inspection status of subgrade equipment was studied.The subgrade subsystem was developed to realize the application in each railway bureau group company.For the subgrade equipment,the automatic calculation of the evaluation score was realized by separating the main line and the station line,and the automatic evaluation of the excellent,qualified and unqualified grade of the subgrade equipment was fulfilled.The practical application shows that,the evaluation of autumn inspection status of subgrade equipment can assist in formulating equipment maintenance plan,and comprehensively analyzing the root causes and evolution mechanism of various subgrade disease problems.
