摘要
目的 基于国内外的标准化伤员的研究进展,构建了化学中毒“三位一体”的标准化伤员体系,论述在防化医学救援实战化训练中的应用体会。方法 以光气、氯气及硫芥等化学毒剂的伤情特点和动态演变为基础开发化学中毒信息数据库,建立一套由真人化妆扮演、智能化模拟人和染毒模式动物组成的“三位一体”标准化伤员体系,将其应用于防化医学应急救援的实战化训练。结果 课题组构建的标准化伤员体系逼真再现了多种复杂化学伤情,能够满足基础技能培训、专业技能提升及综合实战模拟等防化医学救援训练的现实需求,有助于提升救援人员开展化学伤员防护、分类、洗消、救治和后送的实践能力。结论“三位一体”标准化伤员体系为防化医学救援实战化训练提供了有力工具,对培养优秀防化医学人才具有重要意义。
Objective Based on the research progress of standardized casualties both domestically and internationally,this study constructed a“Trinity”standardized casualty system for chemical poisoning and discussed the application experiences in practical training for chemical defense medical rescue.Methods A chemical poisoning information database was developed based on the injury characteristics and dynamic evolution of different types of chemical toxicants such as phosgene,chlorine,and sulfur mustard.A“Trinity”standardized casualty system,comprising human role-players,intelligent simulators,and contaminated animal models,was established and applied in practical training for chemical defense medical emergency rescue.Results The standardized casualty system developed by our research team accurately replicates a variety of complex chemical injuries,thereby meeting the practical needs of basic skills training,professional skill enhancement,and comprehensive combat simulation in chemical defense medical rescue training.It contributed to enhancing the practical abilities of rescue personnel in protecting,classifying,decontaminating,treating,and evacuating chemical casualties.Conclusion The proposed“Trinity”standardized casualty system provides a powerful tool for practical training in chemical defense medical rescue and is of great significance for cultivating outstanding talents in chemical defense medicine.
