摘要
数字新质生产力驱动产业创新升级彰显出突出的时代特征,即以数字技术的革命性突破和颠覆性创新为核心动力,以数字技术的渗透式扩散为最主要的作用方式,以新型劳动者、劳动工具和劳动对象协调统一为支撑。从发展逻辑来看,数字新质生产力为产业创新升级提供要素支撑、提供技术保障、注入竞争活力、激活有效需求,这四者构成了数字新质生产力驱动产业创新升级的逻辑机制。在实践过程中,应发挥政策协同整合作用,夯实产业创新升级的数字化基础;构建柔性组织发展模式,形成适配数字新质生产力组织体系;强化数字技术赋能作用,重构产业创新升级的技术体系;以绿色低碳和可持续发展为导向,重构产业价值创造逻辑。
The driving force of digital new quality productivity for industrial innovation and upgrading exhibits characteristics of the times,namely,revolutionary breakthroughs and disruptive innovation in digital technology as the core driving force,the infiltration and diffusion of digital technology as the main mode of action,and the coordination and unity of new workers,labor tools,and labor objects as the support.From the perspective of development logic,Digital New Quality Productivity(DNQP)promotes industrial innovation through data integration,intelligent technology,and collaborative networks.It constructs production foundations,ensures technological iteration,and drives system upgrades,forming a“factor technology system”linkage mechanism that significantly enhances industrial innovation efficiency.Digital new quality productivity activates effective demand for industrial innovation upgrading.These four aspects constitute the logical mechanism of digital new quality productivity driving industrial innovation upgrading.In the practical process,we should leverage the synergistic and integrated role of policies to solidify the digital foundation for industrial innovation and upgrading;Build a flexible organizational development model and form an organizational system that is compatible with digital new quality productivity;Strengthen the empowering role of digital technology and reconstruct the technological system for industrial innovation and upgrading;Refactoring the logic of industrial value creation,guided by green,low-carbon,and sustainable development.
