摘要
目的 探讨在上颌阻生牙治疗中采取口腔正畸的效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2023年10月本院收治的60例上颌阻生牙患者,采用随机盲法将其分为对照组(n=30,外科导萌手术治疗)与研究组(n=30,口腔正畸辅助治疗),对比治疗有效率、疼痛评分、牵引时间及美观度评分、不良反应发生率、生活质量评分。结果 研究组治疗有效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。研究组VAS评分较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组美观度评分较对照组高,牵引时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组生活质量评分较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论 在上颌阻生牙治疗中采取口腔正畸可减少不良反应的发生,缓解疼痛,缩短牵引时间,提高美观度,有利于患者病情好转,改善患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of orthodontic treatment in the treatment of maxillary impacted teeth.Methods A total of 60 patients with maxillary impacted teeth admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=30,surgical eruption guidance treatment)and a study group(n=30,orthodontic adjuvant therapy).The treatment efficiency,pain score,traction time,aesthetic score,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment efficiency of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The aesthetic score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the traction time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the research group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Orthodontic treatment in the treatment of maxillary impacted teeth can reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,relieve pain,shorten traction time,improve aesthetics,and is beneficial for the improvement of the patient's condition and quality of life.
