摘要
探究精细化护理对多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)合并胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)患者接受体外受精胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer,IVF-ET)助孕的效果。选取2021年1月—2024年10月广西医科大学第三附属医院生殖医疗中心接收的144例接受IVF-ET助孕的PCOS合并IR患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为精细化护理组(n=68)和常规护理组(n=76)。精细化护理组采取精细化护理,常规护理组采取常规护理,对比两组患者的妊娠情况。结果显示,精细化护理组获卵总数与优质胚胎数均多于常规护理组(P<0.05)。精细化护理组临床妊娠率、着床率均较常规护理组有升高趋势,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。两组患者的流产率比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,对行IVF-ET的PCOS合并IR患者实施精细化护理能够有效增加患者获卵总数与优质胚胎数,保证其临床妊娠率与着床率,可促使患者获得良好妊娠结局。
This study aims to explore the effect of refined nursing on in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET)assisted pregnancy in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)complicated with insulin resistance(IR).A total of 144 PCOS patients with IR who received IVF-ET assisted pregnancy in the Reproductive Medical Center of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into the refined nursing group(n=68)and the conventional nursing group(n=76).The refined nursing group received refined nursing,while the conventional nursing group received routine nursing.The pregnancy status of the two groups was compared.The results showed that the total number of retrieved oocytes and the number of high-quality embryos in the refined nursing group were more than those in the conventional nursing group(P<0.05).The clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate in the refined nursing group showed an increasing trend compared with the conventional nursing group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in the abortion rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The study found that implementing refined nursing for PCOS patients with IR undergoing IVF-ET can effectively increase the total number of retrieved oocytes and high-quality embryos,ensure their clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate,and promote good pregnancy outcomes for patients.
