摘要
火力发电厂过程中产生的脱硫废水含有的污染物浓度较高,给人们的健康和自然环境构成伤害。为此,开展电催化氧化技术在火力发电厂脱硫废水处理中的应用研究。首先从某火力发电厂采集脱硫废水样品,然后利用电催化氧化技术处理脱硫废水并测试不同条件下的废水处理效果,验证电催化氧化技术有效性。测试结果表明:在3种氧化剂中,臭氧的COD、色度相对更低,但与氧气相比,比能耗相对更大;不同电流密度下,前期COD、色度下降迅速,比能耗增长迅速,之后在后期开始趋于平缓。
The desulfurization wastewater produced in the process of thermal power plant contains high concentra⁃tion of pollutants,which is harmful to people’s health and natural environment.Therefore,the application of electrocatalytic oxidation technology in desulfurization wastewater treatment of thermal power plants is studied.Firstly,the desulfurization wastewater samples were collected from a thermal power plant,and then the electrocatalytic oxidation technology was used to treat the desulfurization wastewater and test the wastewater treatment effect under different conditions to verify the effectiveness of the electrocatalytic oxidation technology.The test results show that among the three oxidants,the COD and chromaticity of ozone are relatively lower,but the specific energy consump⁃tion is relatively larger than that of oxygen.Under different current densities,the COD and chromaticity decreased rapidly in the early stage,and the specific energy consumption increased rapidly,and then began to flatten in the later stage.
