摘要
基于生产成本管理需求,为了在不降低胶粘剂使用性能的前提下控制生产成本,将粉煤灰进行了改性处理并应用到胶粘剂中开发了低成本胶粘剂。试验对比分析了原始粉煤灰、超支化粉煤灰(CZH)和表面酰胺化粉煤灰(XAH)的基本物性,以及改性胶粘剂的弯曲性能、硬度和热性能。结果表明,改性粉煤灰粒径从大至小顺序为:粉煤灰>超支化粉煤灰(CZH)>表面酰胺化粉煤灰(XAH)。改性胶粘剂的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和邵氏硬度从大至小顺序为:FMEG3>FMEG2>FMEG1。超支化粉煤灰(CZH)和表面酰胺化粉煤灰(XAH)改性胶粘剂的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和邵氏硬度都高于未改性的粉煤灰胶粘剂,且表面酰胺化粉煤灰(XAH)改性胶粘剂的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和邵氏硬度最大。可以将表面酰胺化粉煤灰应用到胶粘剂中制作低成本胶粘剂,有望在实际工程中应用推广。
Based on the demand for economic cost management,in order to reduce production costs without reduc⁃ing the performance of adhesives,fly ash was modified and applied to develop low-cost adhesives.Comparative anal⁃ysis was conducted on the basic physical properties of original fly ash,hyperbranched fly ash CZH,and surface ami⁃dated fly ash XAH,as well as the bending performance,hardness,and thermal performance of modified adhesives.The results indicate that the order of particle size of modified fly ash from large to small is:fly ash>hyperbranched fly ash CZH>surface amidated fly ash XAH.The order of flexural strength,flexural modulus,and Shore hardness of modified adhesives from highest to lowest is:FMEG3>FMEG2>FMEG1.The flexural strength,flexural modulus,and Shore hardness of the CZH and XAH modified adhesives with hyperbranched fly ash and surface acylated fly ash are higher than those of the unmodified fly ash adhesive,and the XAH modified adhesive with surface acylated fly ash has the highest flexural strength,flexural modulus,and Shore hardness.Surface functionalized fly ash can be applied to adhesives to produce low-cost adhesives,which is expected to be applied and promoted in practical engineering.
