基于废旧复合绝缘子制备高导热硅橡胶复合材料

Preparation of highly thermal conductive silicone rubber composites based on waste composite insulators

摘要 废旧硅橡胶复合绝缘子的产生和大量堆积带来环境污染和资源浪费等问题,同时现有的回收再利用过程复杂、耗时,而且大多为降级循环。为了高效回收再利用废旧硅橡胶复合绝缘子,本文基于废旧硅橡胶复合绝缘子颗粒在硅橡胶基体的体积排斥效应,以硅橡胶为界面粘合剂,废旧硅橡胶绝缘子粉末和BN为填料,在硅橡胶中成功构建隔离网络结构,并对硅橡胶复合材料的力学性能、导热性能、电气性能进行研究。结果表明:所制备的具有隔离网络结构的硅橡胶复合材料热导率最高可达1.59 W/(m·K),体积电阻率大于1×10^(15)Ω·cm;当BN质量分数为19.86%时,隔离结构硅橡胶复合材料的杨氏模量为11.2 MPa,低于BN随机分散试样,同时拉伸强度为1.39 MPa,电气强度为33.8 kV/mm,表明构建隔离网络结构的能显著提高硅橡胶复合材料的热导率,同时保持良好的绝缘性能。 The increasing production and accumulation of waste silicone rubber composite insulators have brought environmental pollution and resource waste problems.Meanwhile,the existing recycling and reuse process of waste silicone rubber composite insulators is complex,time-consuming,and most are downgraded recycling.In order to efficiently recycle and reuse waste silicone rubber composite insulators,based on the volume exclusion effect of waste silicone rubber composite insulator powder in silicone rubber matrix,using silicone rubber as the interface adhesive,waste silicone rubber insulator powder and BN as fillers,the segregated network structure was successfully constructed in silicone rubber,and the mechanical properties,thermal conductivity,and electrical properties of silicone rubber composite were studied.The results show that the thermal conductivity of the prepared silicone rubber composite with segregated structure can reach up to 1.59 W/(m·K),and the volume resistivity is greater than 1×10^(15)Ω·cm.When the mass fraction of BN is 19.86%,the Young's modulus of the isolation structure silicone rubber composite is 11.2 MPa,which is lower than that of the BN randomly dispersed sample,while the tensile strength is 1.39 MPa and the electric strength is 33.8 kV/mm.It is indicated that the construction of the segregated network structure can significantly improve the thermal conductivity of silicone rubber composites while maintaining good insulation performance.
