摘要
浒苔别称苔条、海青菜,属石莼科,是可食用和药用的经济藻类植物。浒苔中含有丰富的浒苔多糖,浒苔多糖具有抗炎、抗氧化、降血脂、免疫调节和改善肠道屏障等多种生理功能,能有效改善动物的生长性能,调控肠道健康和降低疾病的发生,是抗生素的天然替代品。文章简要介绍了浒苔多糖的理化性质,阐述了浒苔多糖的生物学功能,并对浒苔多糖在畜禽生产中的应用进行了综述,以期为浒苔多糖的开发和利用提供参考。
Enteromorpha,also known as"moss strip"and"sea green vegetable",belongs to Ulva family,which is an edible and medicinal economic algae plant.Enteromorpha is rich in enteromorpha polysaccha-rides.Enteromorpha polysaccharides have many physiological functions including anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation,lowering blood lipids and immune regulation,which may effectively improve the growth perfor-mance of animals,regulate intestinal health and reduce the occurrence of diseases.It is a natural substitute for antibiotics.The physicochemical properties and biological functions of enteromorpha polysaccharides were briefly introduced in this paper.The application of enteromorpha polysaccharides in livestock and poul-try production was reviewed to provide references for developing and utilizing enteromorpha polysaccharides.
