摘要
作为贵州境内流域面积最广的河流,乌江不仅孕育了璀璨的民族文化,也蕴藏着丰富的红色文化遗产资源。乌江流域贵州段红色文化遗产资源呈现出点多量大、形式多样、价值多维等特点,加强其传承与保护具有重要意义。当前,乌江流域贵州段红色文化遗产资源传承保护已取得了一定成绩,但仍存在传承保护不均衡、传播推广不理想等现实困境。推动乌江流域贵州段红色文化遗产资源传承与保护需要遵循从“顶层”到“基层”、从“高度”到“温度”、从“传统”到“创新”等三个维度的实践思考,即从个体参与扩展到多元主体协同格局,从单一方式拓展为多元化传承手段,从传统模式转向以需求为导向的精准保护策略。须进一步优化传播方式,以分众化叙事激发情感共鸣;打造文化精品,实施IP赋能策略;融入社区日常生活,深入推动乌江流域贵州段红色文化遗产资源的传承保护与开发利用。
As the largest river basin within Guizhou Province,the Wujiang River not only nurtures rich ethnic cultures but also contains abundant red cultural heritage resources.These resources are characterized by their wide distribution,large quantity,diverse content,and multifaceted value.Strengthening their inheritance and protection is of great significance.Although notable progress has been made,current challenges include uneven preservation efforts and limited dissemination effectiveness.In the context of the new era,promoting the inheritance and protection of red cultural heritage in the Wujiang River Basin of Guizhou requires a threefold practical logic:from"top-down"policy design to grassroots implementation,from"height"in ideological positioning to"warmth"in emotional engagement,and from traditional models to innovative,demand-oriented strategies.Concrete approaches include expanding individual efforts into coordinated multi-stakeholder participation,adopting diversified methods of inheritance,enhancing communication through targeted narratives to evoke emotional resonance,creating high-quality cultural products empowered by intellectual property strategies,and integrating heritage into daily community life.These measures aim to activate the cultural vitality of red heritage,strengthen national identity,and advance the effective preservation and utilization of these valuable resources.
