摘要
目的:分析非小细胞肺癌患者采用紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案联合三维适形调强放疗治疗的效果及不良反应。方法:回顾性分析2021年1月—2023年12月聊城市人民医院肿瘤科和放疗科收治的200例非小细胞肺癌患者资料,按治疗方法不同将患者分为对照组(n=100,采用三维适形调强放疗方式治疗)和试验组(n=100,采用紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案联合三维适形调强放疗方式治疗)。统计两组病情控制效果、肿瘤标志物、血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶-9、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:试验组客观缓解率为37.00%(37/100),疾病控制率为75.00%(75/100),显著高于对照组的12.00%(12/100)、61.00%(61/100)(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后肿瘤标志物、血管内皮生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶-9、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子水平明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:非小细胞肺癌患者采用紫杉醇+卡铂化疗方案联合三维适形调强放疗治疗具有良好的效果,且不会增加不良反应。
Objective:To analyze the effect and adverse reactions of Paclitaxel+Carboplatin chemotherapy regimen combined with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Method:A total of 200 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to the Department of Oncology and Department of Radiotherapy of Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively selected.The patients were divided into the control group(n=100,treated with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy)and the experimental group(n=100,treated with Paclitaxel+Carboplatin chemotherapy regimen combined with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy)according to different treatment methods.The disease control effect,the levels of tumor markers,vascular endothelial growth factor,matrix metalloproteinase-9,basic fibroblast growth factor and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Result:The objective response rate of the experimental group was 37.00%(37/100),and the disease control rate was 75.00%(75/100),which were significantly higher than 12.00%(12/100)and 61.00%(61/100)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor markers,vascular endothelial growth factor,matrix metalloproteinase-9 and basic fibroblast growth factor in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer with Paclitaxel+Carboplatin chemotherapy regimen combined with three-dimensional conformal intensity modulated radiation therapy has a good effect and does not increase adverse reactions.
