摘要
目的:探讨生物补片与合成补片在腹股沟疝手术中的应用效果。方法:纳入于萍乡市第三人民医院2018年7月—2023年9月接受治疗的70例腹股沟疝患者作为研究对象。将患者分为对照组(n=35)和研究组(n=35),采用的分组方法为随机数字表法。所有患者均实施腹腔镜无张力疝修补术,将合成补片应用于对照组,生物补片应用于观察组。比较两组手术情况、疼痛情况、炎症反应、并发症发生情况。结果:研究组住院时间较对照组短(P<0.05);两组术中出血量、手术时间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术后24、48 h,两组VAS评分较术前逐渐降低,且研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。术后3 d,两组WBC、CRP较术前高,但研究组较对照组低(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率(5.71%)较对照组(25.71%)低(P<0.05)。结论:腹股沟疝手术患者应用生物补片可缩短住院时间,缓解疼痛,减轻机体炎症反应,且安全性较好。
Objective:To investigate the application effects of biological patch and synthetic patch in inguinal hernia surgery.Method:A total of 70 patients with inguinal hernia who received treatment in the Third People's Hospital of Pingxiang City from July 2018 to September 2023 were included as study subjects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=35)and the study group(n=35),and the grouping method adopted was the random number table method.All patients underwent laparoscopic tension-free hernia repair,and the synthetic patch was applied to the control group and biological patch was applied to the observation group.The surgical conditions,pain conditions,inflammatory reaction,and the occurrence of complications of the two groups were compared.Result:The hospital stay of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).At 24 and 48 hours after the surgery,the VAS scores of both groups gradually decreased compared with those before the surgery,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At 3 days after the surgery,the WBC and CRP levels in both groups were higher than those before the surgery,but those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group(5.71%)was lower than that in the control group(25.71%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of biological patch in patients undergoing inguinal hernia surgery can shorten the hospital stay,relieve pain,reduce inflammation reaction,and has good safety.
