摘要
转化生长因子β(TGF-β)是一种重要的细胞因子,广泛参与多种生理和病理过程,特别是在组织修复和纤维化方面发挥着关键作用。近年来,随着研究的深入,人们对TGF-β在病理性瘢痕形成及发展的作用愈发关注。病理性瘢痕的形成通常伴随过度的细胞增殖、基质重塑和纤维化等现象,这些过程均受到TGF-β的调控。目前关于TGF-β在瘢痕形成机制的研究表明,通过激活特定的信号通路,调节细胞的增殖、迁移和分化,同时还影响免疫反应和细胞外基质的组成。尽管已有大量研究揭示了TGF-β的多重作用,但在病理性瘢痕的治疗策略方面仍存在许多挑战。文章主要就TGF-β在病理性瘢痕中的作用机制及靶向治疗转化等方面进行综述。
Transforming growth factorβ(TGF-β)is an important cytokine widely involved in a variety of physiological and pathological processes,especially playing a key role in tissue repair and fibrosis.In recent years,with the deepening of research,there has been a growing interest in the role of TGF-βin the formation and development of pathological scarring.Pathological scar formation is usually accompanied by excessive cell proliferation,matrix remodeling,and fibrosis,all of which are regulated by TGF-β.Current studies on the mechanism of TGF-βin scar formation suggest that it regulates cell proliferation,migration and differentiation by activating specific signaling pathways,and also influences the immune response and extracellular matrix composition.Despite the large number of studies that have revealed the multiple roles of TGF-β,many challenges remain in the therapeutic strategies for pathologic scarring.This paper mainly reviews the mechanism of action of TGF-βin pathological scars and the transformation of targeted therapy,explore its potential therapeutic targets,and provide new ideas and directions for future clinical application.
