HFW钢管在CCUS管道工程中的适用性分析

摘要 钢管选型是CCUS管道工程的关键技术之一,亟需解决介质相态复杂、泄漏后降温快不易止裂等特殊工况下的材料适用性问题。通过系统分析CCUS管道工程在介质相态控制、安全运行等方面的特殊要求,对比分析SMLS钢管、SAWL焊管和HFW焊管在制造工艺、显微组织与力学性能、耐腐蚀性能、经济性和安全性方面的关键性能指标。研究表明:HFW钢管具有热影响区小、焊缝质量高、晶粒细、偏析少,具有较好的低温韧性(-40℃冲击韧性≥50 J)和耐蚀性(腐蚀速率较SMLS降低约37%);壁厚均匀(椭圆度偏差<0.6%),尺寸精度高(可达±0.15 mm),减少了应力腐蚀开裂风险,且综合经济成本最低(较SMLS低36%)。综合技术经济性评价,HFW钢管因其优异的低温韧性、精准的几何尺寸控制、良好的经济性和工程适用性,可作为我国CCUS管道工程建设的优选管型。 The selection of steel pipes is one of the key technologies in CCUS pipeline engineering.It is urgent to solve the material applicability problems under special working conditions such as complex medium phase states,rapid cooling after leakage,and difficult to stop cracking.This paper systematically analyzes the special requirements of CCUS pipeline engineering in terms of medium phase state control and safe operation,comparatively analyzes the key performance indicators of SMLS steel pipes,SAWL welded pipes,and HFW welded pipes in terms of manufacturing process,microstructure and mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,economy,and safety.Research shows that HFW steel pipes have a small heat-affected zone and high weld quality.The grains are fine and have less segregation.It has good low-temperature toughness(impact toughness≥50 J at-40℃)and corrosion resistance(the corrosion rate is approximately 37% lower than that of SMLS).The wall thickness is uniform(ellipticity deviation<0.6%),with high dimensional accuracy(up to±0.15 mm),reducing the risk of stress corrosion cracking,and having the lowest comprehensive economic cost(36% lower than SMLS).Based on a comprehensive technical and economic evaluation,HFW steel pipes,due to their excellent low-temperature toughness,precise geometric size control,good economy and engineering applicability,can be selected as the preferred pipe type for CCUS pipeline engineering construction in China.
