摘要
探讨人工智能技术在滋参丸产品生产过程中的应用及其对生产控制的优化与改进。我司通过分析丸剂生产的现状和挑战,研究人工智能在质量控制、工艺优化和设备维护等方面的具体应用。详细介绍基于机器视觉的质量检测系统、智能工艺参数优化系统和预测性维护系统的设计与实现。结果表明,人工智能技术显著提高丸剂生产的效率、质量和智能化水平,为制药行业的智能化转型提供新的思路和方法。
Explore the application of artificial intelligence(Al)technology in the production process of Zishen pills and its optimization and improvement of production control.By analyzing the current status and challenges of pill production,we investigate the specific applications of AI in quality control,process optimization,and equipment maintenance.Detail the design and implementation of a machine vision-based quality inspection system,an intelligent process parameter optimization system,and a predictive maintenance system.The research results demonstrate that AI technology significantly enhances the efficiency,quality,and intelligent level of pill production,providing new ideas and methods for the intelligent transformation of the pharmaceutical industry.
