摘要
社会资本在参与乡村振兴过程中,由于缺乏对乡土社会的深层连接,往往呈现出“只嵌不入”的悬浮状态。通过系统解析社会资本在乡村振兴中的多维内涵及其嵌入逻辑,并构建社会资本、村民和政府部门的多元主体协作框架,对其互动机理与协作机制展开深入分析。研究对于规范引导社会资本参与农村发展、调动村民积极性和推动政府制度建设具有重要政策启示。
In the process of participting in rural revitalization,social capital often exhibits a“superficial integration without deep embedding”state due to its lack of strong connections with local society.By systematically analyzing the multidimensional connotations and embedding logic of social capital in rural revitalization and constructing a multi-stakeholder collaboration framework involving social capital,villagers,and government departments,this study conducted an in-depth analysis of the interaction mechanisms and collaborative processes.The findings provides significant policy insights for guiding and regulating social capital participation in rural development,mobilizing villagers’enthusiasm,and promoting institutional development by the government.
