摘要
[目的]探讨不同光照强度对薄叶马蓝生长和光合特性的影响,为薄叶马蓝作为耐阴地被植物在园林中的应用提供参考。[方法]以薄叶马蓝植株为试验材料,采用人工搭遮阴棚的方式进行不同遮光处理(全光照、50%遮光处理、70%遮光处理、90%遮光处理),研究不同遮光处理对薄叶马蓝叶面积、株高增长量、叶绿素含量及光响应曲线的影响。[结果]薄叶马蓝的叶面积、叶绿素a、叶绿素b及叶绿素总量(a+b)总体随遮光程度的增加而呈上升趋势,且与CK差异显著,株高增长量与CK差异不显著,叶绿素a/b总体随遮光程度的增加而降低。薄叶马蓝的光补偿点和光饱和点均较低,具有较强的耐阴特性。4组薄叶马蓝的斜率与光补偿点、暗呼吸速率呈正相关,最大净光合速率与光饱和点呈正相关。[结论]薄叶马蓝是一种耐阴地被植物,在全光照下生长最差,在70%的遮光处理下生长最好。
[Objective]To explore the effects of different light intensities on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of Strobilanthes labordei,in order to provide reference for its application as a shade tolerant ground cover plant in gardens.[Method]Strobilanthes labordei plants were used as experimental materials,and different shading treatments(full light,50%shading treatment,70%shading treatment,90%shading treatment)were carried out by manually building shading sheds to study the effects of different shading treatments on Strobilanthes labordei leaf area,plant height growth,chlorophyll content,and light response curve.[Result]The leaf area,chlorophyll a,b,and total chlorophyll content(a+b)of Strobilanthes labordei showed an overall upward trend with the increase of shading degree,and the difference was significant compared with CK.The difference in plant height growth compared to CK was not significant.The overall chlorophyll a/b decreases with the increase of shading degree.The light compensation point and light saturation point of Strobilanthes labordei are relatively low,indicating strong shade resistance.The slope of the four Strobilanthes labordei groups is positively correlated with the light compensation point and dark respiration rate,and the maximum net photosynthetic rate is positively correlated with the light saturation point.[Conclusion]Strobilanthes labordei is a shade tolerant ground cover plant that grows worst under full sunlight and best under 70%shading treatment.
