摘要
近年来,随着集装化航空运输的快速发展,航空集装具的需求量在急剧增加,加强航空集装具的使用流转规范化管理已成为亟待解决的问题。该文以航空集装具使用流转管理为出发点,分析航空集装具使用流转规范化管理的必要性,根据空运任务属性,确定航空集装具使用流转方式,为提升航空集装具的信息化管理,介绍航空集装具流转管理系统各个模块功能,进而提出航空集装具规范化管理的合理化对策建议,为上级机关解决航空集装具管理问题提供理论支持。
In recent years,with the rapid development of containerized air transportation,the demand for aviation containers has increased sharply.Strengthening the standardized management of the use and circulation of aviation containers has become an urgent issue to be solved.Based on the management of air container usage and circulation,this paper analyzes the necessity of standardized management of air container usage and circulation,and determines the use and circulation method of air containers according to the attributes of air transportation tasks.In order to improve the information management of air containers,it introduces the functions of each module of the air container circulation management system,and then puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for standardized management of air containers,providing theoretical support for superior agencies to solve air container management problems.
