摘要
食品网约配送员作为依托互联网平台快速发展的新兴职业,因工作性质特殊而成为道路交通伤害的高危群体。本文系统梳理了该职业工作压力与道路交通伤害的关联性研究进展。研究表明,国内外食品网约配送员的道路交通伤害发生率显著偏高,其风险受到内外多重因素影响。配送员的工作压力因加剧分心驾驶和冒险行为,直接或间接提升伤害风险,其来源涵盖平台规则(如超时惩罚、差评机制)、高强度工作负荷及不稳定的劳动关系等。相较于一般电动自行车骑手,食品网约配送员因职业化需求表现出更高频率的危险行为。针对上述问题,本文提出优化平台算法,并倡导跨学科研究以深化对隐性压力源的探讨。
As an emerging occupation that has rapidly developed through online platforms,online food delivery riders face high risk of road traffic injuries due to the unique nature of their work.This paper systematically reviewed progress on identifying relationship between job stress and road traffic injuries among food delivery riders.Studies indicate that the incidence of road traffic injuries among couriers was significantly high both domestically and internationally,with multiple contributing factors.External factors included complex traffic environments,lack of safety equipment,and time pressure driven by platform algorithms.Internal factors involved inadequate safety awareness,risky riding behaviors(such as speeding and traffic violations),and occupational burnout.Job stress exacerbated driving distraction and risk-taking behaviors,thereby directly or indirectly increased the likelihood of injuries.The sources of this stress included platform regulations(such as late delivery penalties and customer rating mechanisms),heavy workloads,and unstable labor relations.Compared to regular electric bicycle riders,delivery drivers exhibited a higher frequency of risky behaviors due to professional demands.To address these issues,this study proposes multi-dimensional interventions,including optimizing platform algorithms for reasonable task allocation,enhancing traffic safety training,enforcing the mandatory use of safety equipment,and improving labor rights protection systems.
