摘要
受降水时空差异、地形要素及供用水用户影响,安徽省东至县水资源在部分时间和空间上出现水资源紧张局面,解决水资源供需紧张及合理高效利用好该县水资源是支撑区域经济发展的重要因素。收集东至县供水量、用水量和耗水量等水资源开发利用要素值,对该县水资源进行分析。结果显示,该县水资源调蓄能力较低,山区蓄水和供水量严重不足;地表水占供水总量的99.50%,是主要供水水源;农田灌溉耗水量约占总耗水量的72.83%,为耗水主要大户。据此提出水资源管理及调配,增加农田灌溉水有效利用系数、工程建设以及普及节水用水等方面的具体对应管理措施。
Due to the temporal and spatial differences in rainfall changes,terrain factors and the influence of water supply and demand users,water resources in Dongzhi County have experienced water resources shortages in some time and space.Solving the water resources supply-demand shortage and making reasonable and efficient use of the county's water resources are important factors in supporting regional economic development.The values of water resources development and utilization factors such as water supply,water consumption and water consumption in Dongzhi County were collected,and the county's water resources were analyzed comprehensively.The research showed that the county's water resources regulation and storage capacity is relatively low,and there is a serious shortage of water supply and storage in mountainous areas;surface water accounts for 99.50%of the total water supply as the main source of water supply;irrigation water consumption in farmland accounts for about 72.83%of the total water consumption,making it the main water consumer.Therefore,specific corresponding management measures were proposed in terms of water resources management and allocation,increasing the effective utilization coefficient of irrigation water in farmland,engineering construction,and popularizing water-saving practices.
