摘要
目的:观察醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒(RV)肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月至2024年12月我院收治的80例小儿RV肠炎患儿,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患儿采用常规治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗,比较2组患儿的疗效、症状缓解时间、住院时间以及血清炎症因子水平。结果:观察组患儿治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿腹泻停止、退热及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组患儿炎症因子水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组患儿血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)、IL-1β水平均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒脾养儿颗粒治疗小儿RV肠炎能够提高临床疗效,有效缓解临床症状,降低炎性因子水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xingpi Yanger Granules in the treatment of infantile rotavirus(RV)enteritis.Methods A total of 80children with infantile RV enteritis admitted to our hospital from January 2022to December 2024were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40cases in each group.The children in the control group were treated with conventional therapy,while those in the observation group were treated with Xingpi Yanger Granules on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The efficacy,symptom relief time,hospital stay and serum levels of inflammatory factors of the two groups of children were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The durations of diarrhea cessation,fever reduction and hospitalization of the children in the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups of children before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and IL-1βin both groups of children were significantly lower than those before treatment,which were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Xingpi Yanger Granules in the treatment of infantile RV enteritis can improve the clinical efficacy,effectively relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
