摘要
日光温室是我国北方地区独特的作物栽培设施,具有投资较少、能源需用量低、能越冬生产的优势,但实际生产中多数日光温室老旧、结构承载力不足、建造不规范,严重影响栽培作物的产量及品质。文中以大庆地区传统日光温室为例,依据现行规范与技术标准,结合自然气候、存在问题与实际生产情况,以温室能够获得最佳采光和较优保温性能为研究目标,对日光温室的建筑与结构设计参数进行优化调整,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件模拟并分析两种不利荷载组合下的温室骨架承载能力,确定最不利荷载组合情况,并在此条件下进行温室骨架杆件优化。结果表明:日光温室建筑与结构各参数优化设计合理,经结构二次优化后,温室骨架整体用钢量减少了13.2%,即在保证安全可靠的前提下节约了建造成本,可为本地区日光温室工程设计提供依据。
Solar greenhouses,a common agricultural facility in northern China,produce winter crops with low investment and energy.Nevertheless,in actual production,most solar greenhouses are old,have insufficient structural load-bearing capacity and are not built in a standardized manner,which seriously affected the yield and quality of cultivated crops.Taking the traditional solar greenhouse in Daqing area as an example,based on the current norms and technical standards,combined with the natural climate,existing problems and actual production situation,with the research goal that the greenhouse could obtain the best lighting and better heat preservation performance,the architectural and structural design parameters of the solar greenhouse were optimized and adjusted.The bearing capacity of the greenhouse frame under two adverse load combinations was simulated and analyzed by using the ANSYS finite element analysis software,the most unfavorable load combination was determined,and the greenhouse frame members were optimized under this condition.The results indicated that the optimization design of each parameter of the solar greenhouse building and structure was reasonable.After the secondary structural optimization,the overall steel usage of the greenhouse frame decreased by 13.2%.The construction cost was saved on the premise of ensuring safety and reliability,which could provide a basis for the design of solar greenhouse projects in this region.
