摘要
作为国家教育改革重大举措的新文科建设,强调多学科交叉聚合,以跟上社会和科技的发展步伐。鉴于企业对智能会计人才需求的持续增长,应用型高校传统会计教育模式难以满足市场需求。文章针对新文科背景下智能会计人才培养的战略需求及当前挑战展开分析,探讨了基于跨学科融合的课程体系重塑、教学模式革新、校企合作深化等优化途径,随后借助案例分析验证其可行性,旨在为中国智能会计人才培养提供参考借鉴。
As a major measure of national education reform,the construction of new liberal arts emphasizes interdisciplinary cross aggregation to keep up with the pace of social and technological development.Considering the continuous increase in demand for intelligent accounting talents from enterprises and the difficulty of traditional accounting education models in application-oriented universities to meet market demand standards,this article analyzes the strategic needs and current challenges of intelligent accounting talent cultivation under the background of new liberal arts,explores optimization methods such as reshaping the curriculum system,reforming teaching models,and deepening school enterprise cooperation based on interdisciplinary integration,and then verifies their feasibility through case analysis,striving to provide reference and reference content for the cultivation of intelligent accounting talents in China.
