摘要
普通教育与职业教育协调(简称“普职协调”)发展是当前及未来一段时间中国高中阶段教育改革的必然选择和主流走向。为全面评估普职协调发展的实然状态,基于中国31个省份2010-2021年的面板数据,采用熵值法、耦合协调度模型、探索性空间数据分析方法和空间计量模型进行分析。结果发现:普职协调发展指数在十二年间从0.123提升至0.274,年均增长率为4.88%,提升速度较快;普职协调发展存在区域差异,东部最高、西部次之、中部最低;普职协调发展存在空间上的正相关关系,天津整体属于热点区域,重庆、湖北、湖南、贵州、广西和广东整体属于冷点区域;在全国和东中西三大地区空间尺度上,教育消费拉动力的总效应均显著为正,经济基础支撑力的总效应均显著为负。为促进高中阶段普职协调发展,要实施观念引导,全方位提升认知职业教育的水平;调动主体参与,多层次构建普职协调的战略格局;贯通发展渠道,立体化打造普职融通的培养机制;保障培养质量,宽领域提升中职学校的办学水平。
The coordinated development of general education and vocational education is the inevitable choice and mainstream direction of China's senior secondary education reform at present and in the coming period.In or-der to comprehensively assess the current state of the coordinated development,this study analyzes panel data from 31 provinces in China from 2010 to 2021,using the entropy method,the coupled coordination model,the explora-tory spatial data analysis method,and the spatial measurement models.The results show that the index of the coor-dinated development increased from 0.123 to 0.274 during the 12-year period,showing an average annual growth rate of 4.88%,which indicates a relatively fast rate of improvement;there are significant regional differences,with eastern China being the highest,western China the second highest,and central China the lowest;a positive spatial correlation was observed,with Tianjin being a persistent hotspot region,while Chongqing,Hubei,Hunan,Guizhou,Guangxi and Guangdong consistently appeared as coldspots;at both national and regional levels,educa-tional consumption demonstrates significantly positive impacts,whereas the economic foundation shows significantly negative effects.In order to promote the coordinated development,it is necessary to implement conceptual guidance to improve the cognitive level of vocational education in an all-round way;engage stakeholders in the coordinated development strategies;establish integrated pathways to build a three-dimensional cultivation mechanism for the in-tegration of general education and vocational education;and safeguard the quality of cultivation to enhance the op-eration level of secondary vocational schools in a wide range of fields.
