摘要
文章针对车载远程通信终端节点丢失的故障问题,运用鱼骨图分析法从材料、人员、设备、环境等维度展开排查。通过测试eMMC存储器性能,排查长时间断电、人员操作、回流焊高温及异常掉电等因素,最终确定真因是异常掉电导致eMMC分区数据丢失,进而引发挂载失败。基于此,从预防、硬件、软件及系统层面提出优化措施,为汽车控制器开发与售后故障排查提供参考。
This article aims at the fault problem of node loss in the vehicle-mounted remote communication terminal,and uses the fishbone diagram analysis method to conduct investigations from the dimensions of materials,personnel,equipment,and environment.By testing the performance of the eMMC memory,troubleshooting factors such as prolonged power outages,personnel operations,high temperatures in reflow soldering,and abnormal power outages,it was ultimately determined that the real cause was abnormal power outages,which led to the loss of data in the eMMC partition and subsequently caused the mounting failure.Based on this,optimization measures are proposed from the levels of prevention,hardware,software and system,to provide references for the development of automotive controllers and the troubleshooting of after-sales faults.
