摘要
厨房设计是餐饮类公共建筑的核心,是设计成功与否的关键。厨房设计要从内部空间角度出发,要充分考虑其使用流线、平面布局、建筑规模及后续使用条件,做到科学适用、安全可靠、节能环保、舒适美观。后厨是前方餐厅生产的重地,要充分重视餐饮类公共建筑厨房设计的重要性。
Kitchen design is the core of public buildings in the catering industry,and it is the key to the success or failure of the.Kitchen design should start from perspective of internal space,fully consider its usage flow,planar layout,building scale,subsequent usage conditions,to ensure is scientifically applicable,safe and reliable,energy-saving,and aesthetically pleasing.The back kitchen is the crucial area for the production of the front restaurant,the importance of kitchen design in public buildings for catering should be fully recognized.
