摘要
如何有效突破现实困境,实现服务创新与提质增效,是高校图书馆阅读推广在国家全民阅读战略的持续推进与数字化转型的不断深化下亟须解决的问题。该文在文献研究的基础上,系统分析了高校图书馆阅读推广困境生成的主要原因,以制度保障与横向服务为关键突破口,构建从宏观到微观、自上而下的“纵向制度保障—横向服务创新”的双轨突破路径:纵向以修订法律法规为主线,逐层重构制度保障体系;横向通过创新推广模式、优化内容服务和提升馆员信息素养能力来构建数字服务生态。旨在为高校图书馆阅读推广服务的创新发展提供新的视角和有益探索。
How to effectively break through the real dilemma,realize service innovation and improve quality and efficiency is an urgent problem to be solved in the reading promotion of university libraries under the continuous promotion of the national reading strategy and the deepening of digital transformation.On the basis of literature research,this paper systematically analyzes the main causes of the dilemma of reading promotion in university libraries.Taking the system guarantee and horizontal service as the key breakthrough points,this paper constructs a two-track breakthrough path of"vertical institutional guarantee-horizontal service innovation"from macro to micro and from top to bottom.Vertically,it takes the revision of laws and regulations as the main line,reconstructs the institutional guarantee system layer by layer.Horizontally,the digital service ecology is constructed by innovating the promotion mode,optimizing the content service and improving the information literacy ability of librarians.It aims to provide a new perspective and useful exploration for the innovative development of reading promotion services in university libraries.
