摘要
在高等教育快速发展的背景下,高校实验室在科学研究和教学中的作用日益凸显。然而,实验室中广泛使用的危险化学品带来了高度的潜在危险性,对校园安全构成了严重威胁。文章针对当前高校实验室在危险化学品管理中普遍存在安全教育培训不足、准入机制不完善、安全文化建设滞后、全生命周期可追溯管理不规范和信息化管理水平不高等问题,提出加强安全教育培训、完善准入机制、强化执行力度、推进安全文化建设、规范全生命周期可追溯管理、提升信息化管理水平及加强国际合作与交流等改进措施,旨在为高校实验室危险化学品的安全管理提供有效的参考和借鉴。
Against the backdrop of the rapid development of higher education,the role of university laboratories in scientific research and teaching has become increasingly prominent.However,the widespread use of hazardous chemicals in laboratories poses a high level of potential danger,posing a serious threat to campus safety.This paper,from the perspective of full-cycle management,addresses the prevalent issues in the management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories,including insufficient safety education and training,imperfect access mechanisms,lagging safety culture construction,non-standard traceability management throughout the life cycle,and low levels of information management.It proposes a series of improvement measures,such as strengthening safety education and training,perfecting access mechanisms,intensifying enforcement,advancing safety culture construction,standardizing traceability management throughout the life cycle,enhancing information management levels,and strengthening international cooperation and exchange.The aim is to provide effective references and insights for the safety management of hazardous chemicals in university laboratories.
