摘要
SiC在无烧结助剂的作用下,即使经过高温烧结也很难获得致密材料。本文中综述了SiC陶瓷材料烧结工艺特点和目前研究进展,并讨论了SiC陶瓷材料的烧结助剂种类及助烧机制,指出了高性能SiC陶瓷材料制备的局限性,并对未来发展方向进行了展望。
Without sintering aids,SiC is difficult to densify even after high-temperature sintering.In this paper,the characteristics and current research progress of sintering processes for SiC ceramics were reviewed.The types of sintering aids for SiC ceramics and their sintering-aid mechanisms were discussed.The limitations in the preparation of high-performance SiC ceramics were pointed out.The future development directions were presented.
