稀土Ce对钴基合金抗高温氧化性和耐蚀性的影响

Effect of rare earth Ce on high temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of cobalt-based alloys

摘要 采用选区激光熔化技术制备了含不同质量分数稀土元素Ce(0、0.04%、0.14%、0.19%)的钴基合金,系统讨论了Ce元素对其抗高温氧化性能和耐蚀性的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪、高温氧化增重实验、电化学测试等分析了合金的微观形貌和物相组成,并研究了合金的氧化动力学行为、氧化膜形貌及合金耐蚀性能。结果表明,添加质量分数0.14%Ce的合金在900℃下抗氧化性能最佳,氧化增重量最低(100h仅为0.179mg·cm^(-2)),氧化膜晶粒明显细化且致密性显著提升,氧化膜主要由致密的Cr2O3层和最外层的尖晶石相CoCr2O4组成。电化学测试表明,添加Ce对合金耐蚀性的影响并不明确。 Cobalt-based alloys containing different mass fractions of rare earth element Ce(0,0.04%,0.14%,0.19%)were prepared by selective laser melting technology.The influence of Ce element on high-temperature oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance was systematically discussed.The microstructure and phase composition of the alloys were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffractometer,high-temperature oxidation weight gain experiment,and electrochemical test.The oxidation kinetics behavior of the alloys,the morphology of the oxide films,and the corrosion resistance of the alloys were also studied.The results show that the alloys with the mass fraction of 0.14%Ce have the best oxidation resistance at 900℃,with the lowest oxidation weight gain(only 0.179 mg·cm^(-2) for 100 h).The oxide film grains are significantly refined and dense,which are mainly composed of the dense Cr2O3 layers and the outermost CoCr2O4 spinel phases.The electrochemical tests show that the effect of Ce on the corrosion resistance of the alloys is not clear.
