油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体制备及乙炔加氢催化剂性能

摘要 采用油氨柱滴球成型法制备了Al_(2)O_(3)载体(简称油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体),通过等体积浸渍法将Pd和Ag组分负载于油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体上制备了PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂,并对不同焙烧温度处理后的油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体所制备的PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂对乙炔选择性加氢性能的影响进行了研究。通过XRD、N2吸附-脱附、NH3-TPD、H2-TPR和TEM等方法对油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体及PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂进行了表征。实验结果表明,不同焙烧温度处理后的油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体的物性参数均发生变化;随着焙烧温度的升高,油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体表面酸量降低,PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3)催化剂活性降低、选择性升高;油氨柱Al_(2)O_(3)载体在1 300℃焙烧后制备的催化剂性能最优;在一定反应条件下,乙炔转化率为95.41%,乙烯选择性为91.19%,丙炔与丙二烯的混合物转化率为55.09%。 The effect of the PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst on the selective hydrogenation performance of acetylene was studied using the dropping ball molding of the oil-ammonia column method,and the PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3) catalyst was prepared by loading Pd and Ag components onto an oil-ammonia column Al_(2)O_(3) support using the equal volume impregnation method.Furthermore,the effect of calcination temperature of oil-ammonia column Al_(2)O_(3) supports on the selective hydrogenation performance of PdAg/Al_(2)O_(3) catalysts for acetylene was investigated.XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption,NH3-TPD,H2-TPR,and TEM were used to characterize the support and catalyst.The results show that the physical parameters of the oil-ammonia column Al_(2)O_(3) support change after treatment at different calcination temperatures.With the increase in the calcination temperature,the amount of acid on the surface of the support decreases,accompanied by a decrease in catalyst activity and an increase in selectivity.The catalyst prepared using oil-ammonia column Al_(2)O_(3) support calcined at 1300℃demonstrates the optimal performance.Under certain reaction conditions,the acetylene conversion is 95.41%,with an ethylene selectivity of 91.19%and a conversion of 55.09%for the propylene and propadiene mix.
