煤焦油的分级萃取工艺分析

摘要 对煤焦油性质及现有萃取方法进行研究,提出了以正己烷与甲苯作为萃取剂的分级萃取工艺,并通过控制变量法确定了工艺过程中最佳温度30℃,最佳溶剂与煤焦油质量比为8∶1,在此工艺条件下,使用GC-MS分析法测定了萃取产物,与现有研究相近,证明了分级萃取工艺的可行性与准确性,相较于传统萃取提高了92%的产物收率,为后续研究奠定了良好的基础。 The properties of coal tar and existing extraction methods were studied,and a classification extraction process using n-hexane and toluene as extractants was proposed.The optimal temperature of 30℃and the optimal solvent to coal tar mass ratio of 8:1 were determined by controlling variables in the process.Under these process conditions,GC-MS analysis was used to determine the extraction products,which was similar to existing research and proved the feasibility and accuracy of the classification extraction process.Compared with traditional extraction,the product yield was increased by 92%,laying a good foundation for subsequent research.
