摘要
“健康中国”战略的深入实施和中医药产业的快速发展,对具备创新创业能力的中药学专业人才的需求日益增长。文章在产教融合背景下,探讨了中药学专业创新创业人才培养体系的构建与实践。文章分析了中药学专业人才培养现状,结合中医药行业的需求,构建了包含课程体系、实践平台、导师团队等多方面的创新创业人才培养体系。研究结果表明,该体系有效提升了学生的创新创业能力和实践水平,为中医药产业的创新和发展提供了有力的人才支持。
With the in-depth implementation of the“Healthy China”strategy and the rapid development of the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)industry,the demand for TCM professionals with innovative and entrepreneurial abilities is increasing.This paper explores the construction and practice of an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system for the TCM major under the background of industry-education integration.Through a survey and analysis of the current status of TCM talent training,combined with the needs of the TCM industry,an innovative and entrepreneurial talent training system was constructed,including curriculum system,practical platform,mentor team,and other aspects.The research results show that this system effectively improves students’innovative and entrepreneurial abilities and practical level,providing strong talent support for the innovation and development of the TCM industry.
