摘要
为了解决预测性维修实施过程中依赖人工经验判断设备健康状态,随意性大及知识无法积累的问题,该研究采取基于专家系统方法,从信任度和不信度维度采集专家知识,计算失效模式发生的确定度和检测技术权重并建立知识库,然后根据确定度的组合算法计算设备健康度。该研究开发了专家诊断软件系统,并以大型油浸式变压器为例进行了验证。验证结果表明:通过该专家系统实现了设备失效模式发生的可能性和设备健康度的计算,符合设备实际健康状态。因此,该研究成果可以在设备健康度评价过程中有效应用。
In order to solve the problems of relying on personal experience to judge the health status of equipment,high randomness,and inability to accumulate knowledge in the implementation process of predictive maintenance,this study adopts an expert system based method to collect experts knowledge from the dimension of trust and distrust,calculates the credibility of failure mode occurrence and detection technology weights,and establishes a knowledge base.Then,the equipment health is calculated based on a combination algorithm of pre-credibility.This study developed an expert diagnostic software system and validated it by using a large oil immersed transformer as an example.The verification results indicate that based on this expert system,the possibility of equipment failure mode occurrence and the equipment health have been successfully evaluated,which is in line with the actual health status of the equipment.Therefore,the results of this study can be effectively applied in the process of evaluating equipment health.
