摘要
目的探讨胃肠道间质瘤诊断中应用超声造影检查的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2024年6月湖北省钟祥市中医院及中核五0四医院就诊的40例胃肠道间质瘤患者,经病理学及免疫组织化学确诊后接受手术治疗。术前进行常规腹部超声、超声造影检查,依据手术病理诊断结果(金标准),对比不同检查技术的诊断效能,分析胃肠道间质瘤的超声影像学特征。结果以手术病理诊断结果为标准,常规腹部超声检查共检出21例,检出率52.50%;超声造影检查共检出35例,检出率87.50%,两者比较,P<0.05。依据手术后定位结果,常规腹部超声检查的定位准确率为28.57%,超声造影检查的定位准确率为85.71%,两者比较,P<0.05。结论在胃肠道间质瘤诊断中应用超声造影技术具有较高的诊断符合率。
Objective:To explore the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors.Method:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumors who visited Zhongxiang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and CNNC 504 Hospital in Hubei Province from January 2019 to June 2024.After being diagnosed by pathology and immunohistochemistry,they underwent surgical treatment.Routine abdominal ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound examinations were performed before surgery.Based on the surgical pathological diagnosis results(gold standard),the diagnostic efficacy of different examination techniques was compared,and the ultrasound imaging characteristics of gastrointestinal stromal tumors were analyzed.Based on the surgical pathological diagnosis results,a total of 21 cases were detected by routine abdominal ultrasound examination,with a detection rate of 52.50%;35 cases were detected by contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination,with a detection rate of 87.50%.Comparing the two,P<0.05。According to the postoperative positioning results,the positioning accuracy of routine abdominal ultrasound examination is 28.57%,and the positioning accuracy of contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination is 85.71%.Comparing the two,P<0.05。Conclusion:The application of contrast-enhanced ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of gastrointestinal stromal tumors has a high diagnostic accuracy rate.
