永定河卢三段卵石地层防冲墙导墙结构施工优化研究

Study on optimization of construction of guide wall structure for anti-scour wall in pebble stratum at Lusan Section of Yongding River

摘要 针对永定河卢三段卵石地层防冲墙导墙施工中存在的边坡塌方、混凝土超浇严重及结构稳定性不足等问题,通过现场对比实验和赋权评分方法,开展基于“换填法”的导墙结构施工优化研究,分析了“]”形、“L”形及“┐”形等不同导墙结构和换填工艺施工的技术经济性,提出施工工艺优化及质量控制方法。结果表明:“换填土+‘┐’形导墙”为最优施工方案,换填法减少混凝土超浇率55%,节省施工成本581.63万元。研究成果为复杂卵石地层导墙施工提供了解决方案,具有较好的经济效益与工程应用价值。 To address the issues of slope collapse,severe concrete overflow,and insufficient structural stability in the construction of the guide wall in the gravel layer of the Lu San section of Yongding River,an optimization study of guide wall construction based on the"refilling method"was conducted through field comparative experiments and the weighted scoring method.This study analyzed the technical and economic performance of different guide wall structures,including"]"-shaped,"L"-shaped,and"┐"-shaped configurations,as well as various refilling techniques.Furthermore,the construction process optimization and quality control measures were proposed.The results showed that the"soil replacement plus'┐'-shaped guide wall"were the optimal construction plan.The refilling method reduced the concrete overflow proportion by 155%and saved 5.8163 million RMB in construction costs.These findings provide practical solutions for guide wall construction in complex gravel layers,offering significant economic benefits and engineering application value.
