摘要
我国甲醇的供需不平衡,存在较大规模的跨区域输送需求,因此甲醇长距离输送管道的发展必不可少。长输甲醇管道的安全问题也随之受到人们关注。围绕甲醇对金属材料的腐蚀与老化开展了相关调研,分析了甲醇腐蚀与溶胀的机理、影响因素,通过实际案例探讨了甲醇对长输管道应力腐蚀开裂的影响,提出了关于甲醇长输管道发展存在的问题与未来展望。
The supply and demand of methanol in China are unbalanced,and there is a significant demand for cross regional transportation.Therefore,the development of long-distance methanol transportation pipelines is essential.The safety issues of long-distance methanol pipelines have also attracted people's attention.Related research was conducted on the corrosion and aging of metal materials by methanol,analyzing the mechanism and influencing factors of methanol corrosion and swelling.Through practical cases,the impact of methanol on stress corrosion cracking of long-distance pipelines was explored,and the problems and future prospects for the development of methanol long-distance pipelines were proposed.
