摘要
博士学位论文是衡量博士研究生培养质量的重要依据。该文以中国农业大学工学院博士学位论文为研究对象,选取2021—2023年盲审评阅结果为样本,分析评阅年度、博士生所在专业和博士生延期年限对学位论文评阅意见的影响,研究分项评阅指标的评阅结果。结果显示,博士学位论文评阅通过率呈逐年递增趋势,农业工程专业博士学位论文评阅总分均值排名最高,延期年限与论文质量呈反比例变化规律。基于现有“差评”论文存在创新性和论文价值不高、论文规范性欠缺、基础知识和科研能力不足等问题,提出优化涉农工科博士研究生培养质量保障体系的建议,为提高涉农工科博士研究生培养质量和推进“双一流”学科建设提供参考价值。
Doctoral dissertation is an important basis for measuring the quality of doctoral student training.This article takes the doctoral dissertation of the College of Engineering at China Agricultural University as the research object,selects the blind review results from 2021-2023 as the sample,analyzes the influence of review year,subject majors and doctor's extension years on review opinions,and studies the review results of sub evaluation indicators.The results show that the pass rate of doctoral dissertation review is increasing by year,and the average score of doctoral dissertation review is highest in agricultural engineering major.The extension period and paper quality show an inverse proportional change pattern.Based on the problems of innovation and low value,lack of standardization,and insufficient basic knowledge and research capabilities in"negative review"papers,suggestions are proposed to optimize the quality assurance system for agricultural and engineering doctoral student training,providing reference value for improving the quality of agricultural and engineering doctoral student training and promoting the construction of"Double First-Class"disciplines.
