摘要
为探明影响谷子籽粒钙含量的关键指标,对66个谷子品种籽粒钙含量和9个农艺性状、11个品质性状进行变异性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和相关性分析。结果表明,66个谷子品种籽粒钙含量平均29.01 mg/100 g,其中金谷5号(45.75 mg/100 g)和豫谷47(43.95 mg/100 g)籽粒钙含量最高。9个农艺性状的变异范围为7.56%~22.32%,11个品质性状的变异范围为1.45%~39.61%。主成分分析结果显示,前6个主成分累计贡献率为79.689%,其中第1主成分的贡献率最高。聚类分析将66个谷子品种划分为3个类群。相关性分析表明,谷子籽粒钙含量与农艺性状间无显著相关性,而品质性状中蛋氨酸、亮氨酸和色氨酸含量对籽粒钙含量有显著正向效应。
In order to identify key factors influencing foxtail millet grain calcium content,we analyzed 66 foxtail millet varieties for grain calcium content,nine agronomic traits,and 11 quality traits using variability analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and correlation analysis.The results showed that the average grain calcium content of 66 foxtail millet varieties was 29.01 mg/100 g,among which Jingu 5(45.75 mg/100 g)and Yugu 47(43.95 mg/100 g)had the highest grain calcium content.The variation of nine agronomic traits ranged from 7.56%to 22.32%,and the variation of 11 quality traits ranged from 1.45%to 39.61%.In principal component analysis,six principal components with cumulative contribution rate of 79.689%were selected for evaluation,among which the contribution rate of the first principal component was the highest.66 foxtail millet varieties were divided into three groups by cluster analysis.Correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between grain calcium content and agronomic traits,but the content of methionine,leucine and tryptophan in quality traits had a significant positive effect on grain calcium content.
